DALLAS, HERE WE COME!

Once again the CftB has the privilege of presenting the ministry at a National Federation of the Blind convention. There will be a booth in the exhibit hall. Paul will be addressing the National Organization of the Blind in Communities of Faith. Paul will also be preaching in the devotionals on July 4th.

The CftB has been generous in donating many Braille books to the Braille Flea market. We are please that all of the proceeds go to the National Organization of Parents of Blind Children, not the CftB. Sarah is working hard to complete the Chronicles of Narnia in Braille with tactile graphics. One full set will be given as a door prize.

If you are going to be in Dallas, please stop by the CftB booth and greet our staff.

Details of the convention can be found on www.nfb.org .

A Word From His Word

Jesus replied, "I tell you the truth, everyone who sins is a slave to sin.  Now a slave has no permanent place in the family, but a son belongs to it forever.”

“So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.”  John 8:34 -36

"Making the Cross Accessible"

This slogan reflects our firm belief that blindness and visual impairment should not hinder a person's relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. Our primary objective is to see the Blind and Visually Impaired come to know Christ and grow in His knowledge and grace. We are a General Council of the Assemblies of God Home Missions ministry. Please give us the honor of serving you or someone you know. Comments and suggestions are always welcome.

WELCOME

Welcome to the home page of the Center for the Blind of the Assemblies of God. The CftB offers a wide variety of Christian resources for blind children and adults. With blindness and vision impairments on the increase in the United States, the need for the CftB grows daily.

New technology offers fresh opportunities for making information available to the Blind and those whose vision is diminishing. Unprecedented methods exist to offer pictures, puzzles and games to the Blind that were only available to those with good vision. The CftB is making every effort to use this technology to set a higher standard in literature for the Blind.

Please take the time to review this website and <www.blindonline.org> . Please contact the CftB for more information.
